Post & Packing

Please note:

Delivery, postage and packing is free for online customers in the UK. We use Royal Mail, first class for small orders, Special Delivery for orders over £100.

Trade customers please note that the minimum order is £150 net and postage and packing will be added to your order before the invoice is created. We charge £9.50 for orders up to £300 Special Delivery with the Royal Mail (a signed-for service).

Orders over £300 are carriage paid and we’ll send by Special Delivery.

Delivery times:

Online customers: We aim to get your jewellery made and out to you within three working days. Please allow a week for Vintage items and Silver items will take 7-10 days to get to you as the processes are more complex.

Trade customers: Our lead times vary depending on the time of year and trade show orders. Most of the year, we aim to get all orders out between two – four weeks but PLEASE remember it is all handmade and in busy periods, especially in the run up to Christmas, there can be a surge of orders and you may have to wait up to six weeks. Please note if you are on pro-forma, we won’t start your jewellery until we’ve received payment. You can pay by cheque and we won’t bank the cheque until your jewellery is on it’s way to you.

Please understand that all of our products are handmade so your piece of jewellery will not be exactly the same as the one shown on the website photos. We endeavour to match the images as closely as possible but due to the nature of recycled materials, please allow for variation of colour and surface design.
