NEW NAME TO BE LAUNCHED AT HARROGATE
The most exciting news for Kate and Nia this year so far is that they have launched a new business name `The Contemporary Design Company` as they have merged the jewellery and interiors into one business, and also introduced a new range of greetings cards, limited edition prints and sketchbooks. Home & Gift Harrogate was where all the excitement took place and the new name and branding was unveiled!

TOP DRAWER : Kate & Nia have returned from Top drawer a few weeks ago, following a very successful show once again. They will be busy in their studio and workshop getting all their orders out over the next few weeks. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our present customers for their support during the show, and also thank and welcome our new customers on board the Contemporary Design Company wagon. I`m sure we will have a fantastic journey together.

Kate & Nia were also recognised for their eco-friendly work at Top drawer this year, Oliver Heath (TV designer) recognised their compnay as having great ethos towards the enviroment, they are now part of the Oliver heath eco-trail. Which they are extreamely proud to be part of.

ECO-PROMISE: As well as continuing to use recycled biscuit, toffee, tobacco tins and tea-caddies to make Kate`s jewellery and designs for the canvas and framed range, Kate & Nia are working towards making their business as eco-friendly and ethically sound as possible. All paper-work will be printed on recycled paper, all supplies sourced as locally as possible to keep the carbon foot print down to a minimum, We have also recently sourced a range of environmentally friendly paints. Kate and Nia are hoping to be using all eco-friendly paints by the end of the year, the only hurdle at the moment is that not all colours are available in these paints.
